01Who is responsible
The controller of personal data collected through this website, and through correspondence with us, is AI WORKIFY LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15110606.
For anything about this notice or your data, write to contact@aiworkify.com.
02What this website collects
Reading this site does not require you to give us anything. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, embeds no social-media widgets, and has no forms, accounts or newsletter.
Pages, fonts and images are served from our own domain. Like any web server, our hosting provider processes technical request data (IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type) in server logs, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify visitors or to build profiles.
03When you email us
If you write to contact@aiworkify.com, we receive your name, email address, organisation and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply, to handle your request (including procurement, reference and due-diligence requests) and to keep a record of the conversation.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information by email until we have agreed how it will be protected.
04When you schedule a conversation
The scheduling link opens a Google Calendar appointment page in a new tab. That page is operated by Google, not by this website. The details you enter there, typically your name, email address and any note you add, are processed by Google under its own privacy policy and appear in our calendar so that we can hold the meeting. We use them only to arrange and prepare that conversation.
05Our lawful bases
Under the UK GDPR we rely on:
- Legitimate interests: answering enquiries, running and protecting our business, and keeping the website secure.
- Steps before a contract, or performing one: when your message concerns a proposal, a procurement process or an engagement.
- Legal obligation: where company, tax or accounting law requires us to keep a record.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
06Who we share it with
We use service providers for email, calendar and website hosting, and they process data on our behalf. Some may store it outside the United Kingdom; where that happens, the transfer relies on a mechanism recognised by UK data-protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses. Otherwise we disclose personal data only where the law requires it.
07How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or working relationship lasts. After that we keep only what we need for legal, tax and accounting records, for the period the law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are reviewed periodically and deleted once they are no longer needed. Calendar entries follow the same rule.
08Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- erase your data, or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interests (the right to object);
- pass data you gave us to you or to another organisation, where that right applies.
To use any of these rights, write to contact@aiworkify.com. We will reply within one month. In most cases there is no charge.
09Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at contact@aiworkify.com so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
10Client engagements and case studies
This notice covers this website and general correspondence. Personal data we handle while delivering work for a client is governed by the contract and the data-processing terms of that engagement. The case studies on this site are anonymized and contain no personal data.
11Changes to this notice
If the website changes, for example if an interactive feature is added, we will update this notice before the change goes live and revise the date at the top of the page.
